TV ratings: ‘V’ falls, CBS rises to win Tuesday
Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009The second episode of “V” fell off quite a bit from its premiere, while “NCIS” and the rest of the CBS lineup improved on their performances from last week en route to another Tuesday ratings win.CBS drew 16.4 million viewers and a 10.3 rating/16 share in households for the night, easily beating second-place ABC (11.9 million, 7.6/12). NBC (8.3 million, 5.1/8) came in third. FOX took fourth with 5.7 million viewers and a 3.5/5. The CW finished with 1.8 million viewers and a 1.2/2.CBS also led the adults 18-49 demographic with a 3.5 rating, though its margin of victory was a lot smaller: both ABC, 3.2, and NBC, 3.1, were fairly close behind.
